The Surprise Date

Hey guys,

Sorry I know it has been well over a day. Some stuff came up that I had to attend to. On top of not being able to blog for you guys something strange has occurred. My pictures, all of them, from the date are gone. My camera no longer has them on it at all...I have no idea what happened and it makes me very sad. I will tell you how it all went though. Oh I just remembered that I took a few on my itouch! I went to SJ house before the date so we could continue watching the movie series. While I ate my breakfast I had this cute creature staring at me waiting for me to feed it cheese sauce from my nacho lunchable. SJ says it's my fault the kitty sits on the table. Oh well lol So I guess every time I go over the kitty will be waiting for me.

On the way to the surprise date we stopped at lolicup because I asked oh so kindly if we could go lol I always get either mango or almond snow with boba but this time I got something a little bit different. I called ahead because we were running a little late as it was. The girl on the phone asked if I wanted the mango snow or the fresh mango snow. So I opted out for the fresh one. OMG let me tell you all how refreshing and yummy it was. It has a totally different taste than the artificial mango snow. You can tell there is real mango because you suck up some of the fibers in the straw! My bobas started to get a little frozen and the snow consistency was just right! It was amazing. I was so addicted that I bought one the next day!

All the way to the location SJ was bugging me. He kept trying to guess where we were going. He guessed horseback riding, Medieval Times, the pirate show, and Knott's. My heart kind of sank after he guessed Medieval Times more than once because that was indeed the location. So I told him yes we are going and sorry it wasn't that much of a surprise. He seemed so excited though when I told him. He claimed he had no idea lol We had to stand in a line to get to the ticket window then a line to get in. Our color section for the show was green and we were at table 5. If you have never heard of this show click here. We found our seats and waited for the show to begin. Our waiter kept forgetting to serve SJ and I our drinks. So we kind of went through half the meal without drinks. Well I took a mini bottle of water but that's not nearly enough for the both of us. Below are a few pictures from the show. The lighting in the arena is not the best so don't be hating the pictures lol

We enjoyed the show and the food. I think the best part of the meal in my opinion was the apple turnover/pie. It was nice and warm, crisp, and gooey. So yummy!

If you guys have never seen the show and want to see the show I highly recommend seeing it!

I will add a quote from SJ onto this post later.

Luncheon..

Sorry you guys!

I know I am behind. I went to a scholarship luncheon yesterday and I have to tell you how it went. First off I only got 3 hours and some odd minutes of sleep the night before the luncheon so I was not a social butterfly. My dad, my grandparents, and I arrived to the venue and we were greeted by a bunch of Japanese people lol It was a Japanese scholarship so it makes sense. I was afraid of going to the luncheon because being a picky eater I do not want to offend anybody. We all sat down at our assigned tables. Although I did not want to be social I forced myself to socialize with the family at our table. There were 19 scholarship recipients so there were a good amount of people at the luncheon.

After the first and second speeches I had to lead the way for the rest of my fellow scholarship recipients to the side of the stage so we could wait to be called up. My last name starts with a C so I ended up being the first student in alphabetical order. When they announced my name I walked on stage and they read a whole list of all my accomplishments. I felt like it would never end...felt so awkaward (thats for u sista). The organization gets their money from sponsors so each student got a specific sponsor. I thought it was the coolest part when I went on stage and received my scholarship envelope from the gentleman that donated the money. I felt like it was very personal.

Once all of the names were read we took a group picture and finally sat down for lunch. When I saw the salad I knew the rest of the lunch would be an issue. I don't like field greens or anything other than romaine or ice berg. The salad was a mix of field greens with a hint of romaine along with corn and a slice of tomato. I picked out the romaine and ate the corn. I felt so bad.. Then the entree. Dun dun duuuuuhhhh! I was worried that they would not have a few entrees to choose from. This was the meal they served to everyone. I was terrified. I think the big slab of meat just intimidated me. To be honest I immediately turned my plate so that the meat was as far away from me as possible. I did enjoy the twice baked potato. The veggies consisted of baby carrots, broccoli, zucchini, and wax beans. I ate all of it but the zucchini because I am not a fan of it. Yes I know, I am super picky. Then the best part, dessert! OMG the dessert was really yummy. It came in a cute glass too. The vanilla ice cream had a consistancy different from the name brands. To make the ice cream more appelaing they added some raspberry sauce and a peach slice. I LOVE peach slices. When I was a little kid I used to eat bowls of em! I may still do it..just maybe..

I bought a teeth whitening pen the other day and I am SUPER excited to try it out! My teeth are not white but they are not really yellow either. I guess I am just getting to the age where girls start to care more about these things. So I will let you guys know if I see a difference in color. If I feel confident enough I may also upload pictures. We will have to wait and see!

SJ and I went on the surprise date today! We had a lot of fun today but you will have to wait till tomorrow to read about our day!

Check in tomorrow for the date!

Farmer's Market

Hello there,

Today my mom decided that our family would attend a farmer's market. So my brother and I wandered around while my parents wandered. There were a bunch of different fruit and veggie stands, clothing booths, nick nacks, jewelry, etc. My brother and I saw a little pony ride set up off to the side.

It was quite humid out so we were all slowly melting until we stepped into a cute store. This is a picture of the outside window. Inside the store we found a ton of Hello Kitty items, Tokidoki apparel, My Little Pony, etc. If money was out of the picture I would have bought like four bags, six shirts, and some random things.

I love Despicable Me and my brother and I came across this hat booth. Do you see the minion? So hilair! He said that Hello Kitty looks possessed..I agree.

So if you haven't read my previous blogs then let me tell you I am into neon yellow with black items... The odd shoes I recently purchased (btw they were originally $70 but I got them for $13!) happen to neon yellow and black. I saw this bag and instantly said omg this would totally match my shoes! The bag cost $64! Maybe it's a good thing it cost so much because I would be too matchy matchy.

I ended up bringing home a caramel apple and three necklaces. Choosing from all of these different apples was very difficult. I was standing there staring at the apples for a few minutes. I chose a red one with yellow candy bits. The star necklace is made up of rainbow colored wire. The double stranded necklace has a bunch of little charms which consist of a feather, a mini Eiffel tower, some beads, and a pearl. The necklace across the bottom is made of neon yellow pieces and silver chain bits. All three necklaces together cost $10 (The top ones were two for $5 and the bottom was $5). Not bad right?

Have to wake up at 5:45 tomorrow! Talk to you all tomorrow!

Cake Pops

Hi everyone!

So this morning I rolled out of bed and went straight to the kitchen to make me some cake pops. There is something about cake pops that fascinates me. I honestly don't understand how people can make perfect cake pops. This is my second attempt at creating cake pops. Here is a picture of the final result. I know the colors are a tad strange. I had a package of left over blue candy melts and that's what I used. To create the purpleish ones I added food coloring. I managed to get food coloring on me so now it looks like I have a red birthmark on my right arm and a few cuts on my right hand.

I added the purpleish chocolate to the blue and it kind of gave a few of my cake pops a galaxy look. It was not intentional but they look pretty awesome lol I will attempt to make these again in the future but for now these will have to do. Since I made quite a few I plan to send some with my brother to his girlfriend's house. I also plan on taking some to SJ's house as well.

After all it's the thought that counts right?

P.S If you guys try your hand at these and have questions feel free to ask!

Baby Chicken! Say What???

Hey there!

Just as a little warning for those of you that find embryos of any kind to be disturbing be cautious when you scroll down. I will give another warning further down but just saying.

Started the morning off with a cinnamon roll again. They aren't bad and my dogie enjoys licking the plate clean for me. After a sugary carb breakfast I decided to do my usual lunch healthyish meal. I got my smoothie, nectarine, pb honey toast, edamame, grape tomatoes, and some broccoli. It took me a while to eat it all because to me it was quite a bit of food. Not sure why though because it really isn't that much...guess I just felt fullish.

Remember the balloon dogie I was so thrilled about? Well I still have him.. It is hilarious because as time progressed his eye shrunk then the legs etc. At some points he had huge ears or abnormally large ears. This is what he looks like today! I know it is probably time to let him go but I want to keep him a bit longer.

During dinner my family loves to watch chopped. This episode had a left over theme. As I have mentioned before I seem to pause the tv when people have the weirdest faces.. I wanted to take a picture of the odd list of basket ingredients for you guys and this is the outcome. I know that the ingredient list isn't very clear so let me type it out for you. Keep in mind these are "left overs." Ice cream sundae, old bananas, stale tortilla chips, and already opened soda. All of these ingredients sound so blah don't they? But the chefs managed to create master pieces out of them. Just thought I would share this odd list with you guys.

This is the second and final warning. Do not continue on if you think you will get scared. It is honestly not that graphic. My picture IS blurry and sadly it IS the best photo I took of it. I have seen creepier photos in science books at school. You know, the picture of the baby chicken, turtle, human, etc. Get ready to sing in your best Dory voice!

Just keep scrolling

Just keep scrolling

Just keep scrolling, scrolling, scrolling

What do we do?

We scrooooollllllllll...

I have had an urge to make cake pops but the weather has been keeping me from doing any more baking. Since it is night time and not as hot I decided to bake the cake so it will be fully cooled by tomorrow. So when I was cracking eggs the other day to make cinnamon rolls my mom told me to crack eggs in a separate bowl just in case it happens to be a bad egg. I thought she was crazyish, but I didn't tell her that..shhhh lol I just did what I was told and used a separate container to crack the eggs into one at a time. When I was cracking eggs for the cake I came across a "bad" egg. At first I was terrified but now I am so intrigued! Yes, I am odd. Along with the egg white and yolk an odd looking mass of stuff came sliding out of the shell. It caught my eye because there should NOT be any redish pink anything in an egg when you crack it open to bake with. I looked closer and saw this baby! Literally..a baby. If you look closely at my not so great photo, which I do apologize for, you can identify what would have developed into the head and body along with possibly eyes and a beak. I think that this looked more like a chicken than the pictures in the science books. Since it was so amazingly awesome I decided to freeze it.. My dad looked it up, and yes eggs can be frozenized (yes do laugh at me making up words lol). I put it in a small plastic throw away container. I intend to take it to show my biology and anatomy teachers when I tag along with my brother for his first day of school. I feel so lucky to get a bad egg. As odd as that may sound..I guess weird things amuse me. Sooooo moral of my disturbing story is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS crack your eggs into a separate container before adding them into your other ingredients!

I am so excited! Can't wait to show the teachers!

Nachos!

Hello everyone!

Today was a SJ day. I made us smoothies to drink along with left over cinnamon rolls for breakfast. On the way to his house we stopped at Walmart to buy lunch. Lunch was lunchables lol I was just thinking about the super yummy nacho lunchable! When we got to the lunchable section my face went from happy to disappointed. Why? I did not see the nacho one I decided to go with the ham and cheese one and when I lifted it guess what I saw! Yep, nachos! Does anyone else randomly crave these? Sorry it is sideways..I still have yet to figure out how to fully use my computer.

We got through the first and second Harry Potter movies. There were moments in the first one that felt knew to me. I know that I've seen it but I just don't remember parts I guess.. SJ says he has all of the Harry Potter movies but how many of them are there? My brother jokingly said there are like 7 of them. I doubt it. SJ and I are going to have to put aside time to watch em all cuz they are quite long movies. During the second movie SJ knocked out. It was so adorable because one second he was awake and the next he was out! I let him sleep till the movie ended because unlike me he got up early. When I realized he was asleep I was waiting for him to start talking or snoring but he didn't. I wish he did though because it would have been so funny.

SJ and I love to go to this sushi ramen place near our homes so that is where we went for dinner. I always get the same thing at any Japanese restaurant but SJ always orders something new. I feel safe sticking with my usual and SJ likes to be daring. I had my teriyaki salmon kids meal lol and SJ had a curry plate and something called dynamite. Since I have started blogging I find myself taking pictures of my meals for you guys to see. It was so funny because I was taking a picture of my meal and SJ was taking a picture of his because he recently created an instagram. I decided to take a picture of him taking a picture lol

I feel like I really needed today to relax and spend some time with SJ. I want the surprise date to stay a surprise but just wanted to tell you all he keeps saying we are going horse back riding! Well I hope he is surprised on Sunday.

Hope you all had a relaxing day as well!

Cinnamon Rolls...

What's up?

I wanted to have a nice slab of tofu for breakfast and I was so upset when I found a frozen chunk of tofu in the fridge. Our fridge loves to freeze things. It is quite annoying but I should have known better. Sooo instead of tofu I had this lovely assortment of foods. If you can't identify the items I have a nectarine, pb honey whole wheat toast, grape tomatoes, edamame, and a smoothie. I ended up using a spoon to eat my smoothie and even share it with my dogie. She loves smoothies!

Today was the day I finally got to bake the amazingly yummy looking cinnamon rolls I've been craving. I was so looking forward to today. My brother and my mom got the ingredients yesterday so we wouldn't have to leave the house. Sad thing is we had to run to Vons AGAIN to go get the yeast cuz apparently the Vons people didn't bag it for them. So I went to Vons with my messed up hair and home clothes. I told my brother that people be thinking I'm a crazy person! My brother and mom helped my make the cinnamon rolls. The house was hot and I was sweating it out in the kitchen but I was determined to bake my cinnamon rolls! After an hour...or three the cinnamon rolls and cream cheese frosting were complete. Let me tell y'all, they were not as professional looking as April's but my mom said it makes em look more homemade. When I bake anything I always want the finished result to look appealing and taste super yummy. I must say I was dissapointed with my final result this time. It may be due to the high expectation I had for these cinnamon rolls but I'm not sure. They aren't gross but they are not amazingly awesome. My mom and brother and boyfriend seem to like them though. SJ tried to make me feel better about my baking by saying that he enjoyed it and that it wasn't bad at all. I will attempt to consume another one tomorrow. Maybe I will have a better experience..

My brother, mom, my dogie, and I went for a walk. It was a little less than three miles long and it took us a little less than an hour. Taking the dog with us we have to stop periodically to give her water or put her in her dogie stroller etc. She was jumping for joy, literally, when she knew we were going on a walk and taking her with us. I didn't think I'd survive the walk because of the squat challenge but I survived! Plus after the walk I did 100 squats and some other various exercises.

Dinner was tofu wraps that I created from scratch a few weeks ago but I decided I didn't feel like eating it in lettuce. So this was my dinner and while I was chewing my food I realized it kind of looked like a vegitarian version of a teriyaki bowl. Like the heavenly teriyaki chicken bowls from Costco! It consists of tofu smothered in sauce, peas, carrots, and a bit of rice.

SJ day tomorrow. We have voted on watching the Harry Potter series next so we shall watch a few of them tomorrow.

Hope you all enjoyed your day

Lies!

Hey there...

just for fun
When I don't have things planned for a day I am usually bored. Today I woke up from a somewhat nightmare. All was better when I checked my email. I got an email saying I got a message from a youtuber I am subscribed to. The youtuber was doing a giveaway and I entered and the email said I was the lucky winner. Long story short after a good two hours and many more hours of depressingness I discovered someone was messing with her account and sent a bunch of people a false message. Good thing I created a facebook account because she had a post saying sorry but the messages are fake. I was so just depressed. Well if I won I could have gotten this: http://www.sigmabeauty.com/Extended_Wear_Eye_Liner_Neutral_p/el001.htm The message from her was the highlight then the most depressing moment of my day.

Family decided we shall try to go without air conditioning today. I sweated quite a bit. Ewww I knows right? It forced me to drink more water though which I definitely need. My face has been icky and dry. I have been getting some pimples and I feel so gross. Could be because of my lack of exercising or hormones? Not sure which.. I also have dryish skin around my nose which may be from being out in the sun. Don't you hate when you get dry flaky skin on the little bit of nose between your nostrils? Then people think the skin is boogies and then it's all embarrassing...yeaaa. On top of all of that my eyes have been abnormally irritated lately. They are redish and dry. No eye infection, I think it's just from the oh so lovely sun.

Looking forward to tomorrow. We all decided it shall be a sleep in stay in home clothes day. I get to try a recipe I've been waiting for too. The awesome cinnamon rolls that I have been craving! I just hope they are like a million times better than the ones they used to sell at school..thems be dry and hard and icky. I will definitely have a picture for y'all tomorrow!

Ima try to go do my 100 squats. Wish me luck!

Knott's, Work, Picnic...Exhausted!

Hello everyone,

I appologize for not posting for the last two days. I know I only have a handful of regular readers but I feel like I am letting you all down by not posting. This is going to a very long post. Just a warning to you all reading this. So on Friday I went to Knott's with my mom, my brother, and his girlfriend. I do not like roller coasters or any ride that makes me feel sick soooo pretty much no rides for me. My mom and I walked around a lot and we went on a handful of rides. We watched a few of the shows and we looked in a lot of the shops. I would say we went into at least 97% of the stores there! This is one of the first rides we went on. Not a thrill ride but it is fun to sit on top of the horse drawn wagon. I must say that at times it was bumpy..and smelly because of the lovely presents the horses leave behind. We had to wait like half an hour to ride it because the people working the ride didn't have their acts together. It was fine though cuz in the end we got to sit where we wanted.

I looked online before we went to Knott's so I could see if there are any rides I wanted to go on. This is the ride I had to go on. It looks similar to the ride at Disneyland, but let me tell you that it is not the same ride. This one is not as smooth and it kind of gives you that weird feeling you get when you ride a roller coaster. I tried not to think about that feeling and just enjoy the view. It wasn't so bad in the end because I did enjoy the ride. My mom said it was scarier than xcelerator which I thought looked hella scarier than the swing ride.

I always get kids meals so guess what I got at Knott's? Yep, a kids meal. My mom and I actually shared it because we weren't all that hungry. My favorite part of getting the kids meal is this adorable Snoopie lunchbox! Isn't it awesome? A taco, two servings of rice, a boysenberry punch, AND a lunchbox! For $9.99 which is not bad for an amusement park right?

We walked around the shops leading up to the gate into the park and came across a bakery. There were so many things to choose from! Here's a picture of some of the things they had. My mom and I got cookies and a kronutt. The lady working at the bakery was a lot of fun too! She asked to see my lunchbox. I felt so special lol I have never heard of a kronutt till our day at Knott's. They had a variety of kinds but since we were at Knott's my mom chose the boysenberry one. Hopefully you guys can click the picture and read the description. When I first saw the boysenberry one I thought it had bacon bits on it! Turns out the "bacon bits" were just seeds...

Although we didn't go on many rides we had fun walking around, shopping, eating, trying stuffed churros, watching shows, and bothering my brother. I won a chameleon stuffed animal for my baby to play with. Plus my mom made sure we got her a small duckie stuffed animal to play with. My dogie loves them both. She was running around the house with them and wrestling them. A good way to end a Friday night.

So Saturday I had work. Yaaaaayyyy...kind of. I get scared easily and the building I have to clock-in at is creepy. It is almost always empty. It's as if nobody else works there. There are a lot of different rooms and windows and hallways and staircases. Plus the lights are never on. Only like three lights that don't even light up the building are on. I would think they would have censored lights but nooooo. Being petite I am always afraid of someone sneaking up on me and like attacking me I guess. Since I'm so tiny not sure how well I could protect myself against a big strong guy. So I was pretty much the only one in the building for a good 20 minutes til my coworker showed up. He told me some spooky stuff about the building which did NOT help me AT ALL! He said how doors would suddenly be wide open after he closed them and how he would hear noises. I think working in the day time would be better for me, but most of the events end in the evening soooo I am out of luck there. I think I squeaked at least 10 times when I went back to clock-out. I even hurt myself because I was so tense and I walked into something. My legs were shaking too!! Best part of working was the revolving door at CPK! Our boss told us to take an hour and a half break so my coworker and I decided to go to CPK for our break. Good times..

I attended an annual Japanese club picnic today. This time was more special than the rest because I was being awarded with two scholarships along with the other 13 teens. After we were dismissed from the stage I was asked to stay because I was being awarded with a gift card for running/planning their undokai for many years. I didn't expect much but I ended up with a $100 gift card..on top of the scholarships! Then I also got third prize which was $100! It's funny because my cousin actually pulled my ticket from the big barrel full of tickets. On top of that my grandma won the plant I wanted and she let me take it home! So I came home with a lot more than I expected.

When my family attends the picnic we always come back all sweaty and sticky and gross but this time it was so cold! Plus this year we let another family take over the undokai races but I still had to help out. The girl doing the races needed quite a bit of help and it looked like a disaster. I couldn't stand by and watch so I helped her out. I also got to help my aunt and my cousin do shaved ice. My family helped them too. We had a little system of who does which job. Some people asked for the weirdest flavor combos like lime and watermelon or red bean and lime or root beer and banana, etc. This was my favorite one. I like to mix it all together then let it sit and melt a bit before I dig in. So yummyful..

I wasn't as tired after a whole day at Knott's as am I right now. I need me some beauty sleep.

Sleep well!

It Will Have To Do..

Hello again,

My mom, my brother, and I went to Target today. I just had to buy me some simple Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. I know that they are not the best ones out there but I needed em. Target is always an interesting place to shop at. My brother hit me with a shopping cart and as I hobbled around for five minutes my ex best friend's dad walked right in front of me. The weird thing is that he was less than three feet away from me and he looked through me to look down the aisle. Don't know if he even recognized me. I don't believe he ever liked me much. Probably because I had a lot of control and influence over his child. On the brighter side, I finally found a little black cross body bag. That may not be the correct name but oh well. I have been looking for one of these bad boys for months. Since I am never really in fashion I decided one of these will match with everything I wear. Plus I don't like purses that have a shorter handle so this is perfect.

When we got home from Target we all raced to put a few things away so we could get to the kitchen asap. I was so hungry that I think I was hangry (that's how one of my favorite youtubers would put it). While I heated up my lunch I threw the cinnamon rolls into the oven. The rolls don't come with a ton of frosting so I must ration frosting. I added extra butter while they were baking just to make them taste better. This is the final result and I couldn't help myself. I ate two... I am doing such a horrible job with my healthy eating. I need self control!

Tomorrow won't be any better because we are going to Knott's. My mom wants to eat pie and funnel cake and I want to try their stuffed churros. I am going to gain like three pounds tomorrow alone.

Oh! The highlight of my day had to have been when one of my new favorite youtubers emailed me back. Yes that's right they EMALED me! I love how I can relate to them. Check them out. They have a few channels but here is the one I watch the most often: http://www.youtube.com/user/AprilJustinTV They are such an amazing couple.

Mom wants me in bed early today so I will update you all tomorrow!

I NEED!!

Hey there,

Have you ever had that feeling where you NEED not want or need but NEED to eat a certain food? I woke up this morning feeling that way. I have been thinking about cinnamon rolls all day long. Sadly we do not have any in the house so I had oatmeal and half a smoothie for breakfast. Whenever I open a banana I open it like a monkey does. I pinch the bottom of the banana and pull it open, but today I tried to open it from the top and this is what happened. After I was done showing my brother what happened I threw the banana into the blender along with some blueberries, strawberries, milk, and a bit of ice cream. Since my brother didn't want any I saved half to accompany tomorrow's breakfast.

I feel like most kids get excited when they find mail addressed to them in their mailbox. Although I am not a kid any more I still get overly excited about receiving mail. Don't think I should jump with joy when I find an envelope with my name on it, but I still do. Today I found three pieces of mail addressed to me. I got an interesting invitation to a customer appreciation celebration at Daniel's Jewlers. I kind of want to go because they are holding a drawing and the winner gets a one carat diamond ring. Plus there is free food and drink! The best piece of mail was from American Eagle. I love the design. On the back it said my name and all that jazz. The front looks like this. When I opened it up I found a card saying my name and thanking me for being a rewards customer. I found another card that said $10. Unlike most cards this one does not require me to spend a specific amount of money to get the $10 off. I can simply go to the store and get $10 worth of free something. I know that their clothes aren't exactly cheap but hey it is practically a free $10. After I told SJ and my family what I got in the mail my mood was abruptly shoved to the other end of the spectrum. My dad told me that the American Eagle nearest my home was shut down. I didn't even know that! I was looking forward to taking the 15 minute drive over to American Eagle to spend my gift. Guess I will just have to wait till I visit a mall..sad face.

Now back to the cinnamon rolls lol I can't stop thinking about them! Then I started to crave this mouthwatering heavenly cheesecake flan I made months ago. It was a huge hit with friends and family. I need to go to the store and buy me some ingredients. The only problem is that it IS summer and the house is hot enough as it is. No need to add in heat from the oven. If the cravings get strong enough maybe the heat isn't such a hard price to pay. Don't they look yummyful?

Hopefully I either buy or bake some cinnamon rolls tomorrow. I can taste em already!

Neon Shoes?!?!!

Hey everyone,

Ran a few errands today. Got the shoes at Kohls! It was a long process. I put the shoes on hold yesterday at a register. Went back today and went to customer service to pick them up. The lady at customer service said the shoes would be in the front if that is where I put them on hold. So I walked my booty back to the front of the store where I came in from. The lady there then told me there were no shoes on hold for me at any of the registers. She made a call to ask someone to check for my shoes. After the call was of no help she sent me back to customer service to have the other lady double check. I was getting quite a bit of exercise walking from the front of the store and back again. Back at customer service the lady made three phone calls and nobody could find my shoes. I was upset because they were the only pair of size five plus they were on clearance. I decided to check where I originally found the shoes. They were not there. My mom made us go back to customer service to resolve the shoe fiasco. The store manager came to us and said that he would double check in the back room for us. My mom told me that she felt like such a weirdo getting upset for these odd looking pair of shoes. What do you know? He came back with my shoes. He found them in the same room the lady supposedly checked. Lazy people? Thank goodness he found them. I know that the shoes aren't practical but I just adore them. Aren't they?? I am having shoe issues like I am attracted to shoes suddenly.

While my brother had his pool hangout SJ came over. He was so sweet today too. When he came into the house I was on my computer filling something out so I wasn't really paying attention to him. He surprised me with the raspberry cheesecake frap! How sweet is that? It's the little thoughtful things that can totally cheer me up. We watched the fourth pirates movie. I had to keep pausing the movie because I drank too much money. Whenever I pause the tv I pause at the oddest times when people have odd expressions. This is one of the funny ones from today.

Need to go do my day two of my squat challenge and my Just Dance.

Good morning,

Woke up at 9am so we wouldn't be late to my cousin's swim lesson. Had the usual oatmeal for breakfast along with a donut hole...I know it's not healthy. I went to her swim lesson with bed head and sat on the bench under an umbrella. The lesson was only half an hour long but it felt like only ten minutes long. To follow up my oh so healthy breakfast I made a grilled cheese sandwich. Yes my bread is round. They didn't have any sandwich bread in the fridge so I used left over hamburger buns instead. It was still pretty tasty.

My cousin's room has quite a bit of stuff in it. One of the first things to catch my eye was this little guy. Isn't he just adorable? Remember those workbooks teachers would give us in elementary school? My cousin made hers into this hedgehog. I love this idea. I mean I used to just recycle mine when I could have been making these babies! Before they brought me home we stopped at Kohl's to look at a few things. Having tiny feet makes finding shoes extremely difficult so when I get my hands on a good deal that fits I just have to buy em. I found an awesome pair of wedges in the clearance section. I put them on hold and I will be going back tomorrow to go claim my shoes. The cool thing was that they matched the black and neon yellow striped tank top I was wearing today. I told you I was in a total shoe fad! I feel like such a girl lol

Dinner was a delicious BBQ chicken salad. It has lettuce, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, chicken, and crispy onions tossed in a mix of BBQ and thousand island dressing. It may not be the healthiest way to consume a salad but the taste is worth it. I ate it all too. Usually I get myself too much but I guess I was extra hungry today.

Since I haven't seen my baby (my dogie) in a few days I took her for a walk. I think she missed me and was thrilled to see that I was returning home. Looking back on all of the unhealthy food I've eaten in the last four days I decided to start a 30 day squat challenge. If anyone would like the link just comment below and I will gladly provide you with it. I did a few other exercises and decided it would be a good time to Just Dance! So for about 2 hours I played the wii game. I felt the need to try to get 5 stars on the songs I tried previously. It was quite a workout too. A fun upbeat workout. I know that I will be feeling it tomorrow though. When I put the wii controller down when I was done my hand and arm started to shake. Whether I'm sore tomorrow or not I plan to play this game again.

Pool gathering tomorrow, see ya!

Sleepover!

Hey there,

It has been a very long time since I have slept over my cousin's house. We slept in and went to Petsmart to get some things for Blue, her new fish. Lunch I made a grilled cheese that we shared and we had left over cake from the birthday celebration. A while back my family gave my cousin some cute Japanese mini baking packages. She still had one left so I told her I would help her make it. Here is a picture of what we made. It was very quick simple to make. She did a good job when it came to staying in the lines for the design too. If you want to see a video for this specific package click this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgoMI7tEs8U The cake itself tasted like chocolate and eggs. The important thing is that we had fun making it. Especially watching it poof up in the microwave.

I love DIY bracelet kits. My cousin had this Glossy Bands kit so we made a few bracelets. The two on the bottom are ones that she made and I am wearing the one that I made. The bracelets are similar to 3D puffy paint. The kit comes with four bottles of different colored gel. To make each bracelet we squeezed the bottle of our choice to make small dots on the plastic pieces then used a toothpick to create a design. The material adheres to itself which prevents the bracelet from falling off. Awesome concept.

She wanted to play slip and slide today but I didn't think it was hot enough to play. Instead we played some wii. We did Just Dance and wii party. She gets so into it that she accidentally hits herself. I will admit that I have done that a few times as well.. My cousin got too hot playing wii so we switched over to other games. We played Guess Who I am? It is similar to the game Headbands, if you have played that game. If you have not played either of the games I recommend playing one of the two. Here are all of the different things she and I were.

After that we played Operation, Slap Jack, and Mastermind while drinking our smoothies her mom made for us. Mine is in the cute Hello Kitty cup. I won Operation, she won Slap Jack, and we both did well when it came to Mastermind. I think that my diet is almost officially out the window because we had fruit, cake, candy, bread, pizza, and drumstick ice cream. It was all very good though. I need to try to get back on track on Monday.

I should have been in bed a while ago so I will see you all tomorrow.
